Regional recipe

‘Feijoada’ Recipe

Ingredients

10 oz of beans mulatinho
24,6 oz of beef jerky
7 oz bacon
17,6 oz beef
14,1 oz of pig tail
10,5 oz of pig's ear
21,1 og smoked pork ribs

14 oz chorizo ​​sausage or

7 oz tomatoes
8,8 oz onion
5 cloves garlic, crushed
5 sprigs mint
0,35 oz of black pepper ground kingdom
4 tablespoons () tomato paste
5 bay leaves
Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Preparation: Soak salt meat one day to another, changing the water to remove salt.

Saute the meat in the beans and bacon added water needed.

Season with tomato, onion, garlic, mint, black pepper kingdom, tomato paste and bay leaves.

The proportion that is cooked remove the meat until they are softening the beans get cooked.

Serve with cassava flour and / or brown rice.
